- After Dispatch: Cannot be cancelled, but can be returned upon delivery

Refund Information
Refunds for cancelled orders will be processed as follows:
- Online payments: Refunded to original payment method
- Cash on Delivery: No refund needed (order simply cancelled)
- Wallet payments: Refunded to wallet balance
- Processing time: 3-5 business days after cancellation
